This adventure includes:

• gear - all personal and group gear necessary for our 7days & 6 nights of expedition on the French River, except your sleeping bag, clothing & other personal items (*let us know if you need a sleeping bag too)
•    food - all food, including snacks

• facilitation – expert professional guidance through the physical, communal and personal landscapes we will travel.

• 24 hour Solo – expect to be surprised by the gifts that arise in these 24 hours just for you!

• Camping permit - required for camping within the French River Provincial Park
